Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside One‑Nil Football’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and then notify One‑Nil Football through our Contact Us page. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
